The Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the relevant ministries and commissions of the National Development and Reform Commission are very concerned about and support the Guangdong International Fair. The Ministry of Commerce, as the special support unit of the International Fair, comprehensively guides the preparation work. Vice Minister Jiang Zengwei, Vice Minister Yi Xiaozhun, Secretary Di Jiankai and Deputy Director Wang Desheng of the Ministry of High Affairs all participated in the preparation of the International Fair; The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) has tailored the convenience measures for Guangdong foreign-invested processing trade enterprises to handle the production license and compulsory certification (CCC certification) for export to domestic sales. Liu Zhuohui, Director of the Product Quality Supervision Department of AQSIQ, attended the opening ceremony; Zhang Yansheng, director of the Institute of Foreign Economics of the National Development and Reform Commission, attended the opening ceremony and made a keynote speech at the summit forum. Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government attached great importance to the International Expo. Comrade Huang Huahua, Deputy Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Guangdong Province, was present at the second International Expo and presided over the opening ceremony.
