Enterprise (Manufacturer) Exhibition Registration Guide

⏵ Exhibition requirements

All exhibits must comply with the exhibition area setup requirements. The following products are prohibited from exhibition:

Exhibits that do not comply with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations related to the quality of exported products.

Exhibits that involve trademarks, patents, and copyrights, but have not obtained legal rights certificates or use license contracts.

3. Products that have adverse records in quality supervision and management departments such as commerce, entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions, food and drugs, and have not passed the re inspection.

4. Low-grade health products, Sanwu products, etc.

If the above products are found during the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to order the products to be removed from the shelves and the corresponding enterprises to withdraw from the exhibition.

⏵ Exhibition expenses

1. Booth fee. Exhibitors of previous GAIF will continue to enjoy a free booth fee discount. New exhibitors will charge a booth fee of 2000 yuan per standard booth (no fee for space only).

Special booth decoration fee. Exhibitors are encouraged to design special clothing for their booths based on their actual conditions, and the cost of special clothing shall be borne by the exhibitors themselves.

3. Other expenses. Exhibitors shall bear their own transportation, board and lodging expenses. The Secretariat will recommend some high quality hotels and guesthouses with limited prices. The specific names, locations, contact information, and prices will be notified separately.

⏵ Qualification and application process of exhibitors

(1) Qualifications of participating enterprises. The participating enterprises are legal entities registered in China and engaged in processing trade business. Enterprises that have illegally transferred or sublet (sold) their booths at the previous China International Fair are prohibited from participating.

(2) Electronic information required for exhibition application. Specifically, it includes:

1. The number of words in the application form affixed with the official seal of the enterprise shall be controlled within 200 words for the enterprise and product profiles. The application form affixed with the official seal shall be scanned into a PDF file (300dpi) and submitted simultaneously with the electronic version of the application form WORD file.

2. Photos of main products (5) in JPG format, pixel: 800 × 600。

3. Enterprise business license, in PDF format, 300dpi.

⏵ Exhibition process

1. Application. The proposed exhibitors shall submit their electronic application materials to the local provincial (city, district) commerce department for preliminary review.

2. Confirmation. The Secretariat will review the applications submitted by various regions, directly feed back the booth confirmation form to the enterprises if they meet the exhibition requirements, and notify the provincial (city, district) commercial authorities where they are located.

2. Check in. At the time of exhibition arrangement, the exhibiting enterprise shall report to the exhibition hall with the confirmation letter issued by the secretariat, handle the exhibition procedures, and obtain the construction certificate and exhibition certificate.
