➔ II. Notes to Guests

We sincerely welcome all guests to the 10th China Processing Trade Expo. To ensure a smooth journey, please pay attention to the following items:

• The registration time for the Expo is 9:00-21:00 on April 18.

• Please pay attention to the time node of the event and attend the activities of the 10th China Processing Trade Expo on time.

• After you arrive at the hotel, the accompanying staff will give you the guest ID and exhibition materials. If you have another reception unit in Dongguan, please inform the accompanying personnel in time for the overall arrangement of the conference.

• The accompanying staff will inform you of your itinerary, route, time arrangement, necessary documents and materials in advance, and arrive at the hotel 10 minutes before the event to guide you to the venue.

• If you temporarily decide not to participate in the activities related to the 10th China Processing Trade Expo for other reasons, please inform the accompanying personnel in advance so that the conference can make overall arrangements.

Overview and highlights of the 10th China International Trade Fair

The 10th China Processing Trade Products Expo (hereinafter referred to as "the Expo") was held at Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, from April 19 to 22, 2018.

This year's exhibition area is 50000 square meters. After strict inspection and screening, 698 enterprises from 24 provinces and cities in China were finally selected to participate. A total of 2065 booths were arranged, including 1344 special booths, accounting for up to 65%. OPPO, Vivo, Inspur Group, Goer Group, Pioneer Technology, Aigao Electronics, Taide Electronics, Deli Watch, Huabao Shoes, Easette, Longchang Toys, Qiaoeryi, as well as a number of well-known enterprise brands and industrial clusters such as Yangjiang Tool Cluster, Yunfu Stainless Steel Cluster, Dalang Wool Textile Cluster, Humen Garment Cluster participated in the exhibition.

This year's Fair will pay more attention to the effectiveness of the invitation of buyers. On the basis of previous cooperative business associations, the transaction will be considered as one of the basis for future cooperation. After selection, more than 20 high-quality key business associations such as the China Department Store Business Association will organize procurement teams to visit the meeting for procurement. At the same time, more attention has been paid to the work of promoting investment promotion through the recruitment of exhibition partners. Through the recruitment of exhibition partners, professional buyers in the industry have been invited to attend the conference, and a pre-registration system on the purchaser's website has been developed to provide exhibitors with exclusive electronic invitation letters, invite their own purchasers to pre-register, and visit the conference at fixed points. In addition, we contacted e-commerce giants such as JD.com and Amazon and reached purchase and visit intentions to help exhibitors expand their trading results through e-commerce.

In combination with the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, 16 supporting activities focusing on practical results were planned during the exhibition. Among them, there are "1+4" series activities led by the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee, namely one theme forum plus four professional forums. These forums are of high standard, and the sponsors are all national brands. Long Guoqiang, leader of the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce, leader of the Department of Electronic Information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, deputy director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Qu Jian, vice president of China (Shenzhen) Institute of Comprehensive Development, Yu Miaojie, vice president of the National Development Research Institute of Peking University, Liu Yunjie, academician of the CAE Member, Zhu Wenhui, famous host of Phoenix Satellite TV, and others will participate in relevant activities. During the event, the theme report of "Innovative Development Direction of Processing Trade under the New Open Economy System" and the "World Smart Mobile Terminal Industry Development Report (2018)" will also be released.

⏵ VII. Traffic Guidelines for the Expo

The organizing committee provides the airport and high-speed railway station transfer services for professional buyers, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

1. Pick-up arrangement:

A. Dispatch staff to set reception points at the A8 exit and B8 exit of the arrival hall in the AB building of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to meet and guide guests to the parking place to take the bus; Then set reception points at gates A13, B13 and parking lot to greet and guide guests to get on the bus;

B. Assign staff to meet and guide guests to the parking place at the T3 arrival hall and parking lot of Shenzhen Bao'an Airport.

The front-line pickup staff will send a welcome card when welcoming guests (the contents of the welcome card are: welcome speech, boarding route map, so that guests can find the way and find the car)

2. Delivery arrangement:

A. Send staff to guide guests to the waiting point at the traffic indicator of Houjie Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center;

B. Assign staff to put the departure timetable at the check-in desk of each hotel and guide guests to get on the bus at Houjie Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center;

1、 High-speed railway/train (departure city - Humen High-speed Railway Station/Dongguan Railway Station)

1. Metro Line R2 (the most convenient)

After arriving at Humen High-speed Railway Station/Dongguan Railway Station (location: Shilong, Dongguan), passengers can take subway line R2 directly, get off at the exhibition center station, exit from B1 (the most convenient), and directly arrive at the famous furniture exhibition.

2. Dongguan bus

Customers can take bus No.6 and 801 in Humen High-speed Railway Station to get off at the Houjie Convention and Exhibition Center Station.

3. Taxi/Didi Taxi

If you choose to take a taxi, you can locate "Houjie Guangdong Modern Exhibition Center" or "Dongguan Houjie Jiahua Hotel".

Note: first select the passenger who goes to Dongguan Railway Station, and only recommend to transfer to Metro Line R2.
