Booth materials of the 10th China Processing Trade Products Expo 2018

Booth information

➔ Standard booth

The standard booth (3m * 3m) adopts the international standard size, octagonal aluminum alloy exhibition frame and double-sided white fireproof board to build three exhibition walls (the booth at the corner will have one less exhibition wall and one more signboard). The construction of the project will be rented from professional exhibition companies in the form of labor, material, tax, construction period, safety and one-time lump sum. It is proposed to set up two standard booth specifications, of which, the construction company will design 8-10 schemes in advance for the exhibitors to choose, with the following configurations:

1. Basic configuration and regulations of standard exhibition

(1) Each standard booth will provide the following basic supporting facilities:

Company door plate (booth lintel): Chinese name and booth number of exhibitors;

Exhibition hoarding: the standard exhibition is composed of aluminum brackets, one signboard and three hoardings, with a height of 2.5 meters;

Furniture: one information desk, two folding chairs, one paper basket and exhibition carpet; A 500 watt single-phase socket (only for small electrical appliances, not for connecting lamps and machines), two spotlights, or 40 watt fluorescent lamps.

(2) If the exhibitors are two or more standard booths arranged consecutively, the hoardings placed between the two exhibitions will be removed unless specifically required by the exhibitors.

(3) Exhibitors must submit the exhibition layout plan before May. The layout plan of the booth must clearly show the demolition and construction of the enclosure and the accurate assembly position of the fluorescent lamp. If it is not submitted on time, it will be arranged according to the conventional plan. If the site is changed, the construction renewal fee must be paid.

(4) Nailing, drilling, spraying or sawing of the coamings are strictly prohibited.

(5) Do not attach other configurations that may affect the booth structure.

(6) Paint or wallpaper shall be used for the eyes on the coamings, and exhibitors can use double-sided adhesive tape. After the closing ceremony, the labels left on the coamings shall be cleaned by themselves.

(7) Exhibitors are not allowed to move the leased war gear or exhibition equipment of other booths without authorization. Violators will be charged according to the rental price of exhibition equipment.

(8) If special decoration, additional furniture, electrical appliances and other facilities are required, additional fees must be paid. Exhibitors can fill in relevant forms to apply for rental.

(9) Exhibitors of standard booths must fill in the Chinese and English corporate lintels (which must be returned), the standard booth facility layout (which must be returned), and the exhibition equipment rental form (if necessary) and return them to the exhibition service team on time.
